“Phogs” takes the idea that two heads are better than one literally. You play as a noodley, two-headed dog with a head on either end (think CatDog minus the arms and legs … and cat too, I suppose). Each player controls one of the heads, stretching and slithering through the colorful environments to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles. Its wonky physics makes for hilarious and ridiculous gameplay as you navigate equally wacky challenges, like bouncing around a putt-putt course as the ball or becoming the claw in a giant claw machine. Best co op puzzle games It was first released back in June of 2020, and, performance-wise, should work well on a wide range of system configurations. Some may be a little deterred by the game's use of microtransactions, although this is a fairly common trade-off when it comes to free-to-play video games.

Escape Academy, from developer Coin Crew Games, is a cooperative puzzle game that seeks to recreate the experience of escape rooms. Players are enrolled in a secret school designed to train the best escape artists in the world. Over the course of three terms, you will encounter a dozen tests of your skill, all of which are overseen by a cast of eccentric professors with their own stories to discover. Search This Site “Everything wants you to die” is how developer Facepunch Studios describes Rust — a statement that is incredibly and objectively correct. Admittedly, this game’s difficulty leads me to watch Twitch streamers play it instead of personally playing it. The brutal survival game famously drops you into the world with nothing, not even clothes. The only thing worse than the game’s cruel environs are the assholes who make everything feel horrible. It’s comically bleak, and an entertaining time with friends (though it’s a bit difficult to meet up with them.)
